The Sennheiser EW500-G4-935-DW is a handheld radio microphone system. This G4 500 Series system includes a lightweight aluminium handheld transmitter fitted with Sennheiser's renowned E935 microphone head. The E935 is a dynamic microphone with cardioid pickup pattern, designed for use on the loudest stages.
This system (Range Dw) offers 75MHz of tuning bandwidth. The Ethernet connector on the rear panel of the receiver enables use of Sennheiser's WSM control software to monitor and setup multi-channel systems using a PC or Mac.
G4 500 Series handheld transmitters are designed for professional live sound applications, so no mute switch is provided on the microphone. This ensures the Sound Engineer mixing the show retains full control of the sound and helps to avoid any confusion. Users requiring a wireless microphone with a mute switch for their application will find suitable models in the 300 or 100 G4 Series.

Range DW (790 - 865 MHz)
Range DW is a flexible choice for use in the UK and across Europe. Without a licence it can be used in the UK between 863-865 MHz. This is enough bandwidth to allow the use of upto 4 x systems simultaneously.
With a standard UK radio mic licence, it can be used between 823-832 MHz. This is sufficient bandwidth to alllow the use of upto 12 x simultaneous systems. Access to 823-832 MHz is also well co-ordinated across Europe, so Range DW is a good choice for companies working both in the UK and in Europe.
