- Frequency Range GBW
The Sennheiser EW300-G4-HEADMIC1-RC-GBW is a wireless headset system. The slimline, lightweight (7g) HEADMIC 1 microphone is comfortable to wear and visually discreet with a smart silver finish. The microphone capsule is Sennheiser's MKE1 which is an ultra-small ( 3.3mm diameter ) broadcast-quality design, featuring a moisture resistant protective membrane.
This system is suitable for conference and presentation use, giving louder levels before feedback than a lapel mic, due to the closer proximity of the microphone to the performers mouth. The microphone fits securely, so is also well suited to live performances and musical theatre.
The beltpack included is Sennheiser's SK300-G4 which has a socket for connection of an option RMS 1 remote mute switch. The RMS 1 is a small box with a push-button and is connected to the beltpack with a short cable. This allows it to be handheld or clipped to clothing, giving the performer the ability to mute/unmute audio which would normally only be available with a handheld microphone.

Range GBW ( 606-678 MHz )
Range GBW is suitable for use on bandwidth between 606-614MHz ( Channel 38 ) in the UK, which is covered by a standard UK radio mic licence. This is the best solution for most users and offers reliable results for portable use. Upto 12 x systems can be operated together and the licence allows use across the UK, indoors & outdoors.
Frequency range GBW covers a total of 72MHz of bandwidth, enabling configuration of large multi-channel setups when 48-hour portable licences or fixed site licences are used for more specialist applications.
