Free Delivery
We offer free delivery of all orders with a total value over £200 inc VAT. ( A charge of £14.40 inc VAT is made for orders under £200 inc VAT. )

Next Day Delivery PRE12
Items that are in stock are despatched from our warehouse using DPD's 12:00 Delivery Service. If an order is placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, these items will be delivered before midday the next working day* ( * = Longer delivery times apply to some areas of the UK, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & offshore islands. )

Click & Collect Order Pickup
We don't have a shop or showroom, but do offer a click & collect facility for customers who would prefer to pickup their order from us in Welwyn Garden City. IMPORTANT : please order online and wait for your collection code before travelling.

Real-time Tracking
DPD have a sophisticated real-time tracking system, which gives customers detailed information about their parcel and puts them in control.

1 Hour Delivery Window
On the morning that the your order is due for delivery DPD will notify you of a 1-hour delivery slot. This minimises any inconvenience caused by waiting in for your parcel. ( Please provide your email address and mobile phone number at checkout ).

DPD 'In-flight' Options
DPD also provide a suite of options ( both on the day of delivery and the night before ), allowing customers to take delivery of their goods in a way that suits. If you wish to reschedule, you can:

Select an alternative delivery date
Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop

Upgrade the delivery
Upgrading to a PRE-10:30, afternoon, Saturday or Sunday Service are possible for most UK postcodes.

Urgent Deliveries?
If you require something more urgently, then please phone our Sales Team on 01707 332104. We can normally arrange Saturday / Sunday deliveries and Pre 10:30 deliveries by special request. In some cases, we can even arrange same-day deliveries ( courier costs apply ).

Is it in stock?
All products in our webstore have a stock indicator which provides detailed information about availability & delivery times.

If a product shows as in stock, this means that we physically hold the item in our warehouse. An order placed before 3pm Monday-Friday, for these goods, will be delivered the following working day.* An order placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.* Please note that goods will not be despatched or delivered on Bank Holidays.

= Deliveries to customers in the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly may take longer to arrive.

Large Items
Some items are in stock in our warehouse but are too large or heavy to send via DPD. If so, the stock indicator will show an estimated delivery time of 1-2 working days via Palletways.

If we are aware that a product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable then we will show this to avoid disappointment. Please contact us and we can advise the estimated lead-time.
