Overview
Our Sennheiser radio mic systems are supplied racked and ready to use. They are built using genuine Sennheiser RF splitters, Sennheiser power supplies, Neutrik audio connectors and high quality flightcases, to ensure the whole system offers the reliability & performance that Sennheiser wireless equipment is renowned for.
This 12-way system includes 6 x Sennheiser EW-DX-EM2 dual-channel receivers, rackmounted in a high quality black 6U flightcase together with 2 x Sennheiser EW-D-ASA active antenna splitters. Integrated Sennheiser power supplies provide DC power for all receivers. Mains power is distributed via a Powercon socket on the rear panel.
The custom patch panel includes :
12 x Balanced XLR Audio Outputs ( for connection to a mixer using the supplied Van Damme XLR loom ) 2 x RF Inputs A & B ( to be fed from the supplied Sennheiser paddles via 5M BNC cables ) 1 x Powercon Mains input socket, for use with the supplied Powercon cable
A blanking panel is fitted below the patch panel to fully enclose the rear of the rack and protect the internal connections.
Supplied with this system are 2 x Sennheiser A1031-U External Antennas, 2 x 5M BNC Aerial Cables, 1 x Powercon Mains Cable and 1 x 12 Way 3M Van Damme XLR Audio Loom.
The systems are provided fully assembled, patched and tested. Transmitters and receivers are pre-programmed and labelled.
Transmitters
The price for this system includes 12 x EW-DX-SK belt-pack transmitters or 12 x EW-DX-SKM-S handheld transmitters. Please note that lapel / headset mics and handheld mic heads are not included by default and should be ordered separately. If you require a mix of transmitter types, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate this.
Frequency Ranges
The standard frequency range we supply this system on is Sennheiser Range S1-10 ( 606.200-693.800 MHz )
Range S1-10 is suitable for use on bandwidth between 606-614MHz ( Channel 38 ) in the UK, which is covered by a standard UK radio mic licence. This is the best solution for most users and offers reliable results for portable use.
Other frequency ranges are available, which are suitable for limited licence-exempt use and for fixed site users. Please call our Sales Team on 01707 332104 if you would like to discuss this further, we will be happy to offer specific advice.
