Delivery Information

We offer free delivery of orders with a total value over £100 inc VAT.  We have a standard charge of £5.75 inc VAT to cover the cost of processing and despatching orders worth less than £100 inc VAT.

  We have this item in stock in our warehouse. Orders for this item placed before 3pm will be sent the same day to arrive the following working day. We can sometimes process orders as late as 6pm for next day delivery, so if you need a product urgently and miss the 3pm cut-off then please call us and we will help if we can.

  We will arrange for this item to be sent to you directly from the relevant UK distributor. The goods will normally arrive the next working day, however, if you need the item urgently we recommend that you contact us before placing an order so that we can check availability and give you a confirmed delivery date.

  This is a popular item and we can normally obtain stock quickly to fulfil an order.  This item will typically reach you within 2-3 working days but if you need the item urgently, please contact us and we will be happy to confirm availability.

  This indicator is used when we have found that stock of an item has recently been difficult to obtain, or when we know that UK stock levels are limited. Please contact us before placing an order to check that we can obtain the goods within a suitable timeframe.

Order tracking

Orders with a total value of over £100 inc VAT will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcelforce 24 or APC Overnight.  All of these methods guarantee Next Day Delivery.  If you want to track your consignment, simply email or phone us for details of the courier used and your tracking number then enter this number on the courier's website for up to date information.

Orders with a total value under £100 inc VAT, weighing less than 2Kg, will normally be sent by 1st Class Recorded Mail which records delivery but does not allow instant tracking.

Regardless of how your goods are despatched, we insure you against loss in transit so you can order with confidence.
