    iii) All deliveries are sent with Automatic Transit Insurance, so you won't end up out of pocket in the unlikely event that the goods are lost or damaged in transit.

    iv) We guarantee never to supply counterfeit or fake goods. All of our products are sourced directly from the relevant manufacturer's Authorised UK Distributor. We do not 'grey import' goods from Europe or the USA. You are therefore assured of a UK Warranty & UK Aftersales Support.

    v) All new goods come with a minimum 12 month warranty.  Many items come with a longer warranty period. Please read the item description for more details.  If the item fails during the warranty period we will handle the warranty claim on your behalf to save you the trouble of dealing directly with the manufacturer.

    vi) Our terms and conditions are clearly stated on our checkout page.  We comply fully with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
